Student:
I am an Aboriginal as you may know, however I have decided to do and continue with Aboriginal Studies because I don’t know much about my culture and would like to learn.

My thoughts about the subject before I started:
I thought it would be interesting as I would be learning about my and other cultures at the same time as having fun.

Changes in my thoughts since doing Aboriginal Studies:
I have found that Aboriginal Studies is interesting and can be challenging at times. However, I like a challenge and Aboriginal Studies has given me a better understanding of racism, stereotyping and also of myself.

I would also like to say:
If you are interested in doing Aboriginal Studies don’t hesitate, go for it because you never know what you are going to get out of it. You may even learn more about yourself.
